6. Delivery and Returns

Digital downloads are delivered immediately after purchase. Print orders are fulfilled by a professional UK print lab and shipped directly to you. Due to the custom nature of photography products, all sales are final. If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 7 days.

While we aim to provide a secure and error-free experience, Pictures by Penny is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of this website or services.
